	Data entry (updating mailing lists) Assisting with mailings Accumulating/managing email addresses Email blasts using an online template Playbill and program insert production
Pre-production marketing:
	Posting flyers; delivering playbills to Pittsfield Promotions via online calendars and websites; emailing PR
Before and during performances:
	Coordinating housing for musicians Ticket sales Ushering at performances
Development:
	Researching foundations Hosting fund raising parties
Student Liaison:
	Developing student interest Coordinating student groups at events
